1. Terms

By accessing courses provided by Behavioral Science Solution Ltd’s Behavioral Economics Academy (‘BE Academy’) on BehavioralEconomics.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in the BE Academy are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to view all learning materials (text, images, videos, etc.) at any time and download one copy of any downloadable course materials (PDFs) on the BE Academy’s website for personal use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

      • modify or copy the materials;
      • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the BE Academy’s web site;

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by BE Academy at any time. 3. Duration of Access

Upon enrollment in a course, you will have access to your learner account and course materials for the lifetime of the course. In case of a discontinuation of the course by the BE Academy, learners will be notified 30 days before the course’s termination.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on the BE Academy’s website are provided ‘as is’. The BE Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the BE Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

5. Limitations

In no event shall the BE Academy be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the BE Academy’s website, even if the BE Academy or an authorized of the BE Academy has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 8. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our courses. If you’re not feeling satisfied about your BE Academy course, you are entitled to a thirty (30) day refund from the date of purchase. Upon cancelling the course and obtaining a refund, any certificate of completion becomes null and void and course materials can no longer be used. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse this Refund Policy.

9. Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by emailing academy@behavioraleconomics.com. If your account is deleted (regardless of the reason), your content may no longer be available. The BE Academy is not responsible for the loss of such content upon deletion. Upon deletion of your account (regardless of the reason), all licenses granted by the BE Academy will terminate.

10. Privacy

Use of the BE Academy is subject to our separate Privacy Policy.

11. Terms of Use Modifications

The BE Academy may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the BE Academy’s website shall be governed by the laws of the BE Academy’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
