Role Overview
As an Account Manager with a focus on Behavioral Science, you will manage relationships with our enterprise clients (US, Japan and Australia), ensuring they maximize the potential of our AI-driven solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients integrate Behavioral Science principles into their online stores to drive success. In addition to managing client onboarding, satisfaction and development, you will analyze data and collaborate with clients to continuously optimize their results.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their primary contact for support and strategic advice. Ensure clients understand and leverage our AI-driven SaaS platform and Behavioral Science insights to optimize their customer experience.
- Behavioral Science Advocacy: Proactively educate clients on the use of Behavioral Science and our evidence-based solutions, specifically how to apply concepts such as digital nudging to enhance customer journeys and improve conversion.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Oversee the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of our platform into their business, with a focus on incorporating Behavioral Science-driven strategies.
- Customer Success & Retention: Support the goals of our international clients (US, Japan and Australia) leaving flexibility with time as a must. Serve as an expert in both our products and Behavioral Science principles, helping clients use data-driven nudges to reduce shopping cart abandonment, minimize product returns, and boost overall performance.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts by introducing new Behavioral Science solutions, features, and insights that address their evolving needs.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct and present data-driven analyses of the impact of AI-driven nudges in client stores. Translate behavioral and statistical data into actionable insights, providing clear recommendations for optimizing customer experience and performance KPIs.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including AI engineers and behavioral scientists, to translate research insights into practical applications for clients, ensuring that our solutions stay cutting-edge and effective. Develop new Nudge solutions based on latest research from Behavioral Science to improve our clients’ online user experience and performance KPIs.
- Thought Leadership & Presentations: Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations that showcase the causal impact of Behavioral Science interventions on client results, helping them understand the value of our AI and nudging solutions.
Requirements
- University degree or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience applying Behavioral Science concepts in a business context, such as in customer success, account management, or a consulting role.
- Passion for Behavioral Economics and Psychology, with the ability to translate these insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Python) and strong analytical skills to assess and improve client performance.
- Familiarity with SaaS or B2B enterprise software, particularly in AI and/or E-Commerce platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.
- Business fluent in English and German is a must
