Description
The Global Centre for Behavioral Economics is a consulting boutique within Allianz. We believe that organizations thrive when they deeply understand human behavior and decision-making. We solve complex, real-world business challenges for Allianz and external clients by blending psychology, economics, strategy, and consulting expertise. Based in Switzerland, we are a small but growing, English-speaking startup with ambitious goals. We are looking for individuals passionate about behavioral science who want to make a tangible difference.
Responsibilities
- You Discover: Conduct behavioral audits to uncover the drivers of human behavior. Use diverse tools like journey mapping, literature research, and stakeholder analysis to reveal actionable insights.
- You Strategize: Design evidence-based behavioral strategies that drive measurable change. Turn insights into actionable plans, prioritizing high-impact areas, and inspire your clients to bring them to life.
- You Create: Develop innovative, ready-to-implement solutions by leading workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and redesigning experiences.
- You Test & Scale: Pilot your ideas and analyze the results, refine them using real-world data, and help roll them out to create lasting impact.
- You Grow with Us: Play an active role in shaping our startup's future - whether it’s through business development, refining our processes, or introducing groundbreaking ideas.
Requirements
- Behavioral Economics Expertise: You have a strong grasp of key concepts and can independently apply them to generate / validate insights, design or test solutions using tools like field experiments. A related degree (Master’s preferred) and hands-on experience demonstrate your skills.
- Consulting Savvy: You’re skilled at organizing projects, breaking down problems, structuring solutions, and delivering results. Building strong client relationships is easy for you. Typically, you bring 2+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
- Drive and Resilience: You overcome adversity and are proactive, solution-oriented, and hungry to make a difference.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential. German, French, or other European languages are a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in applying machine learning (e.g., Random Forests, K-Means), AI, or behavioral data science.
