Description

About iPsychTec

iPsychTec is a world-leading behavioural science and people analytics company that works with a plethora of exciting, global clients across a variety of sectors to accurately measure and enhance organisational culture. Our pioneering tool, CultureScope, provides our clients with predictive analytics, actionable insights and a road map to successfully create and embed desired culture at the click of a button.

In addition to CultureScope, iPsychTec provides organisations with ground-breaking talent analytics and team development solutions through our products TalentScope and TeamScope.

TeamScope provides teams with the ability to understand how event-driven behaviours manifest in teams; to improve situational awareness, manage complexity, resolve conflict and thereby enhance teamwork for minimising risks and driving performance. This is achieved by using airline simulators for practical flying tasks and challenges instead of theoretical, classroom-based case studies or training.

TalentScope is a unique online tool which brings together an assessment of "fit for job" using competency-based framework & "fit for culture" and situationally relevant leadership for recruitment, succession planning and talent development, as well as for leadership assessment/development.
