This role is for an applied psychology expert who thrives on conducting high-impact interviews and turning qualitative data into actionable frameworks.

  • Develop structured frameworks to design heuristics, rubrics, and evaluation criteria to ensure consistency and rigor in assessments.
  • Extract insights beyond words by analysing patterns in decision-making, problem-solving, and behaviour.
  • Turn research into action by ensuring your findings directly shape hiring strategy, product direction, and business decisions.
  • Stay highly organised by managing multiple research streams, interviews, and data synthesis with precision.

Requirements

  • Psychology-driven with an applied psychology background specialising in behavioural research, cognitive science, or decision-making.
  • Interview expert who is comfortable conducting lots of structured interviews using rigorous methods to assess behaviour.
  • Highly analytical and able to think in frameworks, not just responses, translating insights into structured decision-making.
