Description

MoreThanNow is a behavioural science practice for the workplace. We conduct academic-standard experiments with some of the largest and best-known organisations in the world.

First and foremost, we’re always looking for new teammates who are excited about applying behavioural science to working lives. If you’re passionate about the topic, wait until you see our experiment portfolio. It’s full of randomised controlled trials, academic collaborations, and some of the most exciting research questions in the workplace. We really don’t think there’s anywhere better to do field trials in our domain - it’s what MoreThanNow was built for, and it’s what will most inspire you to join our mission.

As our Associate, you’ll focus on literature reviews, experiment design and statistical analysis, while building on your experience in relationship and project management in a commercial setting. In addition, you’ll be eager to advocate for behavioural science, translate our findings and inspire a new audience to explore our world.

Finally, while we aspire to do great things, we always work as a team, which means sharing strengths and setting each other up for success. We’re open to flexible working options and we’ll never be about long, pressurised hours. We can’t think of anything less conducive to innovative, high-quality research.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and synthesising behavioural literature to inform experimental design
  • Working together with a tight-knit team to design and implement experiments
  • Analysing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Supporting day-to-day stakeholder engagement and project management
  • Overseeing the organisation and logistics of partner events and meetings
  • Assisting in business development activities (e.g., new partner outreach, content creation, business lead research)

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, behavioural science or experimental psychology.
  • Experience applying behavioural science or psychology to real-world problems in a commercial setting, including the design and statistical analysis of randomised controlled trials (although this last part can be from your university days).
  • Experience with experimental design platforms such as Qualtrics, and STATA or R data analysis software (a thorough statistical analysis of a controlled experiment will be part of our assessment process, and this will be judged as a critical skill).
  • The ability to translate research insights into actionable points for practitioners.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive personality and a passion for helping create a better, fairer world of work.
