Your Role   

As a Consulting Analyst in the Consulting Services Team, you will report to the Group Manager, Consulting Services.  

The Consulting Analyst will need a background in behavioural science, healthcare, research or technology with an ability to draw actionable insights from a variety of sources to support our clients in making informed strategic decisions. 

• Work as part of a team to deliver work as expected to client; receiving training, support and guidance from senior members of the team 
• Keep aware of market situation in digital healthcare and life science sector 
• Support more senior team members in the design and set up of primary research and secondary research 
• With support from senior team members, conduct research to deliver on research question and client requirements (sufficiently, thoroughly and accurately) 
• Distil pertinent information to task and clients requirements 
• Effectively incorporate and use available tools to improve quality and efficiency of work  
• Support set up and execution of collaborative workshops and activities (internal or external) and capture information and decisions 
• Support senior team members in the communication of research/ work to clients (verbal or written) 
• Contribute to the definition and design of solution concepts for products, apps, and services 
• Contribute to defining business and solution strategy 
• In line with expectations of the role, complete briefed tasks independently, delivering tasks to time and to the brief 
• Participate in client calls, planning agenda, documenting notes and actions 

Experience & Qualifications 

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree  
• Excellent verbal and written communication/ presentation skills in English 
• Strong research and analytical capabilities to distil pertinent information from various types of 
• research sources 
• Attention to detail, organization, and planning skills 
• Work on multiple projects at the same time 
• Interested in growing and taking on additional responsibilities as part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment 

Experience in the following areas is advantageous:  

• Relevant Masters degree 
• Behavioral science knowledge or training 
• Experience as a business analyst and/or the health care industry consulting, including but not limited to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payers, health systems – preferably linked to digital and technology experience. 
• knowledge and familiarity with broader digital & technology in healthcare domain (US and/ or European healthcare systems) 
• Medical or Clinical domain awareness. 
• Data strategy  
• Strategic Consulting (ideally in Digital Health) 
• Exposure to software development & design process.
  

This is a team based role, candidates will be expected to work reasonably to EU working hours
