Responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager, you will:

  • Have an unparalleled opportunity to impact the healthcare industry as you lead the team to develop innovative behavioral science based strategies;
  • Be a key leader in the organization, report directly to the CEO;
  • Take ownership of projects, develop work product, and serve as the trusted advisor to the client;
  • Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.

Requirements

  • MBA, MPH or advanced degree
  • 5-9 years’ experience with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong problem solver including ability to develop strategic hypotheses and thoughtfully present recommendations
  • Demonstrated understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in healthcare
  • Excel at building client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of multiple client relationships
  • Clear excellence in verbal and written communications
  • Passion for health and wellness is a bonus
