Responsibilities
- Lead the Behavioral Insights Unit within GCash with focus on value realization of projects & establish a highly engaged team to the unit’s objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure buy ins in experiments and other executions needed
- Create a strategic roadmap for the unit, including people development.
- Execute plans align to the prioritization of the stakeholders, making sure LT are up to date to the unit’s progress, both successes and set backs.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance in all behavioral research activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of behavioral interventions on business outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills. Can balance between stakeholders demands, business objectives and people’s growth and welfare.
- A person of varied life interest, able to communicate with different types of individual specially those in leadership position
- Ability to translate complex behavioral insights into actionable business strategies.
- Well experienced in project management and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of ethical standards in behavioral research.
Delivers:
- Behavioral Intervention Programs: Design and implement comprehensive behavioral intervention programs for atlteast 2 use cases.
- Research Reports: Produce detailed research reports that provide insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends, which can be used to inform business strategies.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations from behavioral research.
- Ethical Compliance Frameworks: Establish and maintain ethical compliance frameworks to ensure all behavioral research activities adhere to ethical standards and regulations.
- Impact Assessments: Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Key Qualifications:
- 7-10 years experience in a senior-level Behavioral Science or Economist Role
- Management experience is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in Project Management
